One spot. Every six months.

Applications are now open for the RDY Fellowship at RDY.VC.

Every six months, we select one exceptional individual to join us as a fellow and become fully integrated into the daily operations of the fund.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the team on everything we do: founder meetings, investment discussions, portfolio support, internal strategy, and the day-to-day reality of building and backing startups.

You will not be observing from the side. You will be contributing directly.

The fellowship is designed for individuals who want real exposure to venture capital and startup ecosystems, and who are ready to operate in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.

We are looking for someone who is:

• sharp and intellectually curious
• fast in execution and learning
• mature in judgment
• comfortable taking responsibility early
• motivated by real impact rather than observation

This is not a traditional internship. You will be treated as part of the team from day one, and expected to keep up with the pace and quality of work required in a venture capital environment.

⚡ The selection process is intentionally selective. We are looking for one person who truly fits the spirit of the fellowship.
