A Belgian startup at the heart of VivaTech 2026’s media coverage

When Belgian innovation meets a world-class international event

Collaborating with VivaTech, one of Europe’s leading tech events, was the challenge taken on by Leexi in 2026!

For four days, the Belgian startup deployed its technology within the event’s Press Room, in an environment where speed, reliability and the ability to process large volumes of content were essential.

And Leexi didn’t do things by halves: more than 730 sessions and nearly 400 hours of content were processed, giving over 100 international journalists rapid access to content from VivaTech’s conferences.

To meet the event’s specific needs, the Leexi team also developed new features within particularly tight deadlines. It was a real-world, large-scale test for the startup’s technology, which ran throughout the four-day event without a technical incident.

Beyond the numbers, however, the collaboration itself is what stands out. A Belgian startup deploying its solution for an international event like VivaTech demonstrates its ability to meet the requirements of major players and deliver its technology at scale in real-world conditions.

The journey is even more striking considering Leexi’s history with VivaTech. After attending the event a few years earlier with a small team and a booth, the startup returned in 2026 in a very different role: its technology was directly contributing to the operations of the event’s Press Room.

From exhibiting startup to a solution deployed at scale: a significant milestone for Leexi and a strong example of the potential Belgian startups can demonstrate on the international stage.
